I was blessed to have (Ken) assist me with getting back into my home. He arrived within the given ETA and approached me in a professional and calm manner. The type of lock was somewhat complex. However, he was able to resolve it in a timely manner. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Despite the issues with the complexity of the lock he remained professional and courteous to me throughout the timeframe. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional locksmith who knows how to keep their cool, even when the customer is frustrated. I called them up early in the morning before work, they advertise they can get to you in "10 minutes". They send some kid named Ameen or something who does more damage to my car than help. I recommend you all focus on customer service skills and being straight with people as far as time. I called to get quick service, not twiddle my fingers and wait.

One year ago the key would not turn in the ignition I was in the parking lot of a shopping center. I called AAA 813 keys of Tampa arrived I was in a hurry and they were able to repair for me quickly and get me on my way. Steve did tell me I would need a new part but since I was in a hurry I said it could wait and it did last a year well it wouldn't start and turn yesterday I called he came out very quickly and was able to replace the ignition part handle that professionally quickly and I was able to get my AAA discount. Thank you so much! And he even remembered me and my son! Wonderful personal service.

I really appreciated that Matt, the owner, came out to my home to make a new key fob for my car. He arrived on time, was professional, didn't mind our dog visiting with him, and made sure that I tried the finished product to make sure that it worked for me. He was less expensive than the quote I received from a car dealership to make an additional key fob. He also helped me apply a new steering wheel cover for my car. I hope that he receives referrals from Busch Gardens as he gave his business card to my neighbor who works in Security there who deals with people who are locked out of their cars.
